As a reminder, similar products may be available through online retailers and other unauthorized, non-physician sources. Studies have shown that products obtained through these channels may be expired, ineffective, improperly stored, or even contaminated. When you purchase products from Midwest Dermatology, you can feel confident that they have been obtained through authorized channels and handled according to manufacturer recommendations.

Shipping Area

At this time, we ship to addresses in Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, and Kansas.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $100: Flat-rate shipping of $8.00

Orders of $100 or more: Free shipping

Please note: Continuum products are sold through a separate online shop and do not apply toward Midwest Dermatology shipping thresholds, promotions, or order totals.

Processing & Delivery

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, occasional delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, weather events, or carrier-related issues.

Orders are shipped via USPS and are not processed or shipped on weekends or recognized holidays.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident when purchasing products from Midwest Dermatology. Because many of the medical-grade skin care products we offer are intended for personal use and cannot be resold once opened, some return restrictions apply.

Please note: This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from Midwest Dermatology office locations or through the Midwest Dermatology online shop. Certain products featured on our website may be fulfilled and sold directly by the manufacturer through a separate website. Returns, exchanges, and refunds for those products are subject to the policies and procedures of the individual manufacturer. Continuum-branded products are also excluded from this policy. Return and exchange policies for Continuum products will be established separately and may differ from those outlined below.

Eligible Returns

Unopened products with original seals intact may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Defective Products

Products with packaging determined to be defective may be eligible for exchange. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Opened Products

For the safety of our patients and the integrity of our products, opened products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Adverse Reactions

If you experience an adverse reaction to a product, please contact the manufacturer directly. Most manufacturers maintain departments dedicated to documenting adverse events and evaluating products for possible replacement or exchange.

Final Sale Policy

All other product sales are final and are not eligible for cash refunds, product exchanges, or service credits.
