What Is DAXXIFY Treatment Like?

DAXXIFY treatment is quick and can usually be completed in just a few minutes. Using a fine needle, your Midwest Dermatology physician places a small amount of DAXXIFY into carefully selected facial muscles. Most patients describe only mild discomfort, and no anesthesia is needed.

You may experience some temporary redness or swelling at the injection sites, and occasional bruising can occur. You can return to most normal activities following treatment, although your physician will give you instructions about anything you should avoid immediately afterward.
