At Midwest Dermatology, we are pretty excited about skin care. Aesthetic procedures and product regimens pair well with the medically sound skin care provided by your board-certified dermatologist.
And now we have a second location for our medical spa – Midwest DERMaesthetics, where you can receive this type of care and service. Our medical aesthetician is now booking patients at our NEW Dodge Street location at 8601 West Dodge Road. The building is newly remodeled throughout and found at one of Omaha’s premier locations just east of the bustling 90th and Dodge intersection.
Today’s Dermatology Aesthetician Offers More Than A Fluffy Facial
Okay, yes…you can get a fluffy facial here at Midwest DERMaesthetics. We love those too! But that is just one of the many options we offer inside Midwest Dermatology’s medical spa. Often, our licensed aesthetician combines services that feel like a luxury but have medical impact. For instance, facials use physician grade, dermatologist approved product ingredients. And we offer services that are medical grade as well. HydraFacials, Microneedling, Dermaplaning and Peels are just some of the treatments that you can schedule with a trained aesthetician with extensive knowledge of the skin. Our aesthetician starts every consultation with a simple questions…what are your concerns? Next we determine your goals and provide a plan for you to reach them.

We Make Recommendations, You Decide
At Midwest DERMaesthetics, we start with a consultation. During that 30 minute session, you can discuss your home care routine, your objectives and learn about products and/or services that will help you meet those goals. There is a minimal fee for that consultation, but we make it easy to waive that cost. If you purchase a product or book a service, there is no charge for the consultation. That means you get all that time and tremendous expertise for free!
So when should you make this appointment with our aesthetician? We are happy to see you any time! But specifically, you should book a tandem appointment for the following skin concerns:
- If you are seeing a Midwest Dermatology physician for any treatment for aging skin, book a consultation with our aesthetician on the same day if possible. Talk to your physician first and determine what, if any, treatments or services are recommended and then our aesthetician can make additional recommendations to make sure you get the best, longest lasting results. Some treatments are more effective if our aesthetician can provide exfoliation of the outer layer of your skin before your treatment. And home care is essential for lasting results of any anti-aging treatment.
- If you have acne, aesthetics pair very well with physician treatment. Book an appointment before or after seeing your physician. We have services like HydraFacials and peels that exfoliate the skin and treat acne breakouts. And we have cleaners and moisturizers and, importantly, sunscreens with THE RIGHT ingredients for your skin.
- If you have hair loss, we would like to introduce you to Keravive Treatment by HydraFacial, clinically proven to boost scalp health and natural hair growth. We can also put you on a Viviscal PROFESSIONAL regimen that includes the physician grade hair growth supplement and the thickening shampoo and conditioner. Our doctors have solutions too, so lets work together on this!
