Exciting Announcement: The New Doctor Is In (Soon)!

We’re excited to let you know that Collin R. Parker, M.D., a board-certified physician and Mohs fellow, will be joining Midwest Dermatology this summer. And, with our office currently accepting new appointments with Dr. Parker, he welcomes those of you who may have been seen by Dr. John Luckasen, our founding physician who recently retired.

Dr. Parker wants you to know that he’s excited to meet you and he’s ready to continue your care, including all rechecks and skin cancer follow-ups. You can trust that you’ll get the same expert care you have come to rely on at Midwest Dermatology.

Dr. Parker joins our practice as a General Dermatologist and Mohs Surgeon. He most recently practiced dermatology in Morristown, New Jersey, where he completed a Fellowship in Mohs Surgery. As a General Dermatologist, Dr. Parker specializes in the treatment of all diseases of the skin, hair and nails including:

• General Dermatology – treating over 3,000 conditions that affect the health of our skin.
• Skin Cancer – offering advanced diagnosis and treatment, including Mohs surgery, which stands out as the most effective treatment for skin cancer.
• Cosmetic Dermatology – offering a variety of treatments to keep you looking and feeling your best.

Dr. Parker takes pride in building relationships with his patients, and his focus on relationships is evident outside the office, too. When he is not spending time with his wife and three children or biking local trails, he can often be found coaching youth soccer and mentoring at-risk children.

Again, if you’ve been a patient of Dr. Luckasen, you can continue to receive same excellent treatment by scheduling an appointment with Dr. Parker. He will begin to see patients in the summer of 2021.  Wondering about your insurance plan?  Dr. Parker will be participating with the same plans as all Midwest Dermatology physicians, including Medicare and Medicaid.
