MoleWatch Exam FOR NEW PATIENTS
MoleWatch is a FREE service that that gives NEW patients an opportunity to have a suspicious mole or suspicious spot examined by a Midwest Dermatology provider at absolutely no cost. MoleWatch screenings ARE NOT intended to serve as a substitute for routine follow-up appointments.
The Molewatch offer is for free examination and evaluation of moles or suspicious spot only. Exam or treatment of any other skin condition is not covered by the Molewatch offer and will be charged to the patient in the customary manner.
Your provider may recommend further testing or removal of a lesion. This cost is not included in the Molewatch offer and will be charged to you. In many cases, the cost is reimbursed by health insurance. If extended time is needed to perform the procedure, you may be asked to return to the office at a later date.
